This is a site designed to share the tips, tricks, techniques, and hacks I used to lose 70 pounds and keep all but 10 of those pounds off for over three years. I primarily used the Weight Watchers plan to take off the weight. Weight Watchers is a quantitative program, primarily based on statistics and thus the name of this site.

Using the right combination of tools and foods makes it easier to follow the Weight Watchers program and I have shared what I have learned here. Even if you do not use the Weight Watchers plan, you can still benefit from the information provided on your weight loss journey.
